Five Sacred Steps to Release Negativity and Step Into Self-Care

 

Beloved Soul,

Deep within you lives your truth - the light of your soul that is connected to an infinite source of love, peace, joy, and trust. This light within you is eternal, and will never go out. Your soul cannot be tarnished, no matter what you have experienced.

However, our infinite souls live in a world that is currently undergoing a pandemic of grief, anxiety, fear, and stress.

Due to our open hearts and the hardships so many are facing, it can be easy to become overwhelmed with negative energies, emotions, and thoughts.

🌹It is my intention to assist you today, beloved one, in releasing these vibrations of anxiety and fear.🌹

I am here to support you. Together, we will step into healing, self-care, positivity, spaciousness, and love.

This will support you in accessing the infinite light of Divine love that lives within you and all around you, always.


Here are five sacred steps to release negativity and step into self-care:

1. With intention, move energy and emotion through your body.

Play uplifting music or sacred sound healing tones as you dance and move intuitively. Listen deeply to your body and what she needs in order to release what is no longer serving you. It is healthy and encouraged to feel deep emotions such as grief as you dance. When these emotions arise, honor them as sacred. You can also use your breath and the movements of your hands to clear and release.

2. Use affirmations to release stress and align your vibration with love.

I choose now to release all that is not aligned with Source love.

I release fear. I release stress. I release anxiety.

I am love. I am light. I am peace.

I am joy. I am abundance. I am gratitude.

I emanate positivity.

My vibration is aligned with love.

3. When you feel anxiety, stress, or fear arising, take a moment to pause and breathe.

Take deep, cleansing breaths with your hand on your heart. Consciously choose to focus your attention on three things you are grateful for. If you are in the presence of a family member or a friend, you can invite them to join you and go back and forth naming things you are grateful for together. This will raise your vibration into a frequency of love and gratitude.

4. Connect to Mother Earth.🌎

If you are able, beloved, spend time in the embrace of nature. This can be in your back yard, at a water feature in your local area that is open, or even through closing your eyes and feeling roots grow down from your apartment into the earth below. Mother Earth naturally cleanses and recycles energy, allowing for your vibration to align with her infinite love and nurturing support.

5. Relax, heal, and raise your vibration in the sacred space of the Soul Sanctuary.
