How to Meditate to Find Peace

 

Beloved One,

During this time of ancient fear, anxiety, and stress surfacing in the collective, I feel deeply called to share how you can meditate to find peace and calm. Meditation is truly a sacred gift.

It is so important to be able to still the mind, connect to the divine, and center into the heart -- especially when our sacred planet and all of humanity is in such a time of transformation.

Sound healing and guided meditations connect you into Source love and stream a gentle force of healing energy through your body, mind, and being. This heals and lifts any anxiety that is clouding the heart.

Through this sacred act of closing our eyes, connecting to Source love, going within, and receiving, we are able to heal even the deepest wounds and hurts from our past.

Our subconscious minds have a huge impact on our lives. Meditation and sound healing are two of the most powerful tools for reprogramming belief systems, and breaking through negative conditioning and sabotaging habits that hold us back from living lives deeply aligned with love.

By listening to guided meditations and specific sound waves, I was able to reprogram my subconscious mind into higher frequencies of peace, trust, presence, and love.

Here are three powerful meditation techniques you can use to bring you divine comfort, peace, and relaxation during these times:

1. Sit comfortably and place your hand on your heart.

Take deep breaths into your heart, feeling your body held by the gravity of Mother Earth. She is supporting you, holding you, and loving you unconditionally through this time. With each deep inhale, feel yourself receiving her love and support. With each exhale, feel yourself letting go of any negative energies, stress, or fear that you desire to release. Continue breathing with Mother Earth until you feel clear, connected, and peaceful.

2. Allow yourself to lay in bed, on the earth, or in any comfortable position.

As you deepen your breath, feel any parts of your body that are holding tension. Allow your breath to travel to these parts of your body and with each exhale, release tension through your breath. Repeat affirmations internally or out loud as many times as you feel called. Say it with me:

I welcome in Divine comfort.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am light.

My entire being is relaxed.
