Sounds for Sleep

 

Beloved Soul Family,

I have heard from many of you that it has been challenging to fall asleep at night and to stay asleep. Some of you are also processing so much energy and emotion for the collective through your dreams.

As open-hearted healers, lovers, empaths, and meditators living in a time of much fear and uncertainty present in our world, we must set a sacred space for ourselves before we sleep.

Setting a sacred space for ourselves before we sleep allows us to set healthy energetic boundaries so that we can calm our minds, soothe our hearts, and rest deeply.

Sleeping deeply and waking up feeling restored is so important during this time because it maintains the strength and vitality of our vibration. When we get a restful night's sleep, we not only feel better, but we recharge our energetic and emotional field.


Sound healing, through sacred tones and frequencies, can help us fall asleep and rest deeply throughout the entire night. Not only are these sounds beautiful, but they are also an ancient technology that has been practiced for thousands and thousands of years.

Science has proven that using specific frequencies and tones alters our brain waves.

The states that help you achieve restful sleep are Delta waves (.5 to 3 Hz) and Theta waves (3 to 8 Hz). Delta waves are the slowest brain waves, and they usually occur during REM sleep (a deep, dreamless sleep). Theta waves occur during sleep as well as in deep meditation.

Beloved, this ancient power can be utilized by you every night if you so desire. I have meditations and playlists for sleep that I created with sacred intention.
