3 Steps to Welcome Hope Into Your Life

If you are witnessing the current state of the world, feeling a sense of hopelessness...

Or if you are in transition at this time, feeling many changes unfolding in your life...

I will share the 3 steps to welcome hope into your life. 

Hope is sacred, for, without it, our hearts would remain closed in fear.

Hope carries the vibration of love and positivity.

And today, beloved, I welcome you to fully let hope in.

STEP ONE 🙏

Clear your mind of negative thought patterns.

One way to do this is to place a hand on your heart and breathe, understanding deep within that all thoughts are merely thoughts and not reality... and allowing your mind to settle into stillness. You may also meditate or speak positive affirmations aloud as you reprogram your thoughts to hold a frequency of love.

STEP TWO 🙏

Feel deep gratitude and appreciation for what is going well in your life.

This may be the simple things, such as having a warm bed and food in your fridge. You may also feel appreciation for a happy memory with a friend or a loved one. No matter what is happening in the world, there is always something to be grateful for. Allow your heart to feel expansive gratitude and appreciation for at least 3 minutes, as this will shift your vibration and open your heart.

STEP THREE 🙏

Imagine the highest possible outcome for your life, for your community, and for the earth.

When you allow yourself to imagine, your brain doesn’t know you’re imagining... it thinks it’s real. This is a beautiful scientific fact that supports manifestation work. Allow yourself to dream and envision a beautiful positive outcome for yourself and the world, and continue to return to that vision anytime you may feel worry in the future. This aligns you with the vibration of hope — and you now become an earth angel, helping create the highest reality for humanity and our beloved Mother Earth.
