How to Come Back to Your Center

Beloved Soul Family,

I’d love to share with you about how to come back to your center.

STEP ONE: Awareness

When you feel yourself spiraling off into a negative thought, belief, or unharmonious feeling, pause and breathe.

Become aware of your breath and set the intention to return to your center.

STEP TWO: Accountability

What it means to become accountable with yourself, is that you check in with yourself and you are honest with yourself about how you show up.

When you hold yourself lovingly accountable to how you’re feeling, you take responsibility for your own vibration.

Oftentimes, we think it’s the other person that’s making us feel the way we are feeling — yet your feelings are inside of you. When we ask: “Where is this in me,” it brings us into our power place and into our center.

STEP THREE: Communication

When you use your words with intention, you are able to communicate in a way that keeps you rooted in your center. Communication helps you express what you are feeling and also supports you in getting your needs met.

Communicate to yourself, and ask: “Am I creating an expectation, not communicating it, and expecting it to be met?”

You can use this prompt to communicate consciously to yourself or to another when you feel you may be coming off your center:

“I feel _____.

I want to feel and create _____.

I want to create this because ______.

I invite you to communicate lovingly with me so that we can create this together.”

Coming into your center is coming back into your power because you are taking sacred responsibility for how you feel and what vibration you are sending out into the universe.

When you have tools to come back to your center, you become free.

If you desire to be guided through the process of coming into your center, there are many tools that can help you in my Soul Sanctuary course. If you feel called, I invite you to join me.
