Q: How to download my purchases via a computer?

All of Mei’s songs and albums are accessed by downloading the zip files sent to the email address you used to purchase. Here’s how to download them:

1. After your successful purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you registered to purchase. NOTE: Make sure you have typed in your correct/active e-mail address.

2. Once you open the order e-mail you received, scroll down below to find the link of your purchased song, album or meditation course. Then, click on the download link.

3. Once you click on the download link, the download process will proceed and the .zip file will directly go to your desktop’s Downloads folder or the folder where you’ve set all your downloads to be stored.  

Unzip file, and choose the songs you wish to listen to. Enjoy!
